#1 Old Southwest Bowie
This knife has a ten and three-quarter inch feather patterned Damascus blade forged by maker from 1075 and 15N20 steels. It is unique in that it is the longest feather patterned blade I have made to this date. The knife has a 416 stainless steel guard, frame handle construction, front and rear bolsters. Guard and bolsters are engraved and 24K gold inlayed by Steve Dunn of Smiths Grove, Kentucky. The handle is made from fossilized mammoth ivory and secured with five 14K gold pins. A custom sheath accompanies this knife.
#2 Presidio Bowie
The eleven inch Damascus blade features a West Texas Wind pattern forged by maker out of 1075 and 15N20 steels. The clamshell guard, front and rear bolsters and frame handle are all made from Damascus steel and feature 24K gold inlay on the guard and bolsters. The handle is ancient mammoth ivory secured with five 14K gold pins.
#3 Coke Bottle Slip Joint Folder
The Coke Bottle Folder has always been one of my favorite patterns. This is a large Coke Bottle—five and one-half inches closed. This knife features a feathered pattern Damascus blade forged by maker from 1075 and 15N20 steels. The front and rear bolsters are engraved and gold inlayed by Steve Dunn of Smiths Grove, Kentucky. The folder is handled with mammoth ivory. The handle scales are secured to the liners by 14K gold pins. The handle will also feature one 18K gold escutcheon.
